TATA has always being a brand of trust in India, right from any product we buy. Many Indians do buy TATA product with trust, respect, love and most importantly matter of pride. Yes, nevertheless, as any MN C’s has definitely entered into Indian market especially on digital platform and captured the market like never before for eg., Amazon, Flip kart and Snap deal to name a few.
I have heard this word more often while I tend to review on any platform that the brand definitely needs a good marketing or advertising for itself to sustain or to catch an consumer’s eye to attention. I slightly differ on that thought.
For me being a TATA customer, I believe whether or not I buy anything offline in retail store of online on e-commerce platform like TATA Cliq, I always see for genuineness, discount of course, the product. Unlike any other e-commerce platform, I have on numerous time has got a feedback from my friends, colleagues that the product they buy are not that genuine and have some defects, wherein TATA Cliq is a platform which is a e-commerce site owned by TATA and the products related to it or other will be purchased over there.
Customer Service: We can easily be rest assured about the kind of service TATA will be giving to its customers’ as at the end of the day, they need more customers be it offline(retail) or online. I completely rely on the service they provide and of course there may be a odd off case wherein the customer service would not be to the mark, but still I rather not the advocate of TATA group, but as a end-customer am pretty much satisfy by the service they provide.
Product Quality: When one buy a product from TATA on its e-commerce site, it’s just the same experience as you’re actually buying it from a TATA retail store. You can at your leisure browse through their products, offers or discounts they provide depends on the offers or discounts available on site. To be very honest, I generally don’t entertain myself buy a product on e-commerce platform, but yes, if it has to be a TATA e-commerce platform, I will never be in two minds. In short Quality is too rest assured and plus if you’re not satisfied with the product, you can still go ahead and exchange the product with store offline. They are extending this service.
Delivery Timeliness:
I have never faced any delivery issues with TATA Cliq and I hope other will not as well. Because their delivery is always on time, keeping one or two days on grace. I don’t think on this there will be any major issues for any customer.
App and Websites:
Well TATA as a group and TATA Cliq as one of its subsidiary I will feel they will be up to date in regards on keeping the Cliq App for PC, Laptop or Mobile and also the website. As that will give the customer a pleasant feel to shop on. As far marketing the App or e-commerce site is concerned. I strictly don’t believe in aggressive marketing, marketing should be there in order to keep the end-user aware but not shouting. The app or site is good, simple and to the core for the customer demand. Please once experience it.
Reliability: Not much to say about TATA as a company or one of its digital platform "TATA Cliq", In true sense, its genuine, a trusted brand and completely reliable.
