I heard of tatacliq from some of my mates and decided to order a trimmer from it.
Firstly, the user interface of the website is not great. It was taking a long time to load. but somehow I got to the product page.And to my surprise the price was low as compared to other websites.So I thought of giving it a try.
The order was placed and then I couldnt view the status of the order. when I tried to contact customer car, they said that it will be fixed.
However it was set to be delivered in 3-4 days and rather it took 6 days to get to me. The delivery was very late.
When I openned it, its seal was broken and then I checked off the number from the official website which showed it was new.But the customer service and delivery was really bad.
