Boasting of everything under one roof, Tata CLIQ predominantly operates in Mumbai & Delhi . Though a major online shopping portal; Tata Cliq suffers from several drawbacks which I have listed as under:
One of the foremost drawbacks are the hard to navigate through web- pages that take up quite a time to load .
Secondly, compared to other online shopping portals; Tata Cliq lacks in giving lucrative deals & offers to its consumers.
Next; the prices of several things in categories like Electronics; House appliances & Clothing are far more higher than most of other online shopping sites.
Last but not the least; Tata Cliq needs to improve on its delivery & refund & replacement service .
