Worst Experience.....

This is my first experience with Tata Cliq. Being an Indian citizen thought of buying from an Indian app, which made my first experience the LAST EXPERIENCE....


I booked a product on 31st May , the delivery for the same was on 11th June, which was a time consuming as compared to AMAZON which even at the time of COVID-19, delivers their products within 3 days time, today after waiting for 13 days you’re customer care team SUDDENLY says it will take MORE 3 days, I have been continuously following from your customer care, None of you’re customer care team and you’re supervisor came with any conclusion.. All had a SCRIPTED DIALOGUE, , ."we are sorry sir... BLA BLA..


I would recommend everyone PLEASE DON’T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TATA CLIQ, ..


App really lacks SEARCH,

Customer Service is Pathetic


DELHIVERY courier who is a service partner is again a WORST service provider ever I have experienced in my Entire life...


TATA believes in TRUST which is turned to RUST...
