After complaining and following up several times now he got the reply that investigating team has closed the complain and right product was shipped to him and the delivery team confirmed that the delivery executive has been arrested by the police as he has been invlved in multiple other such cases. Tata is not resolving, however, the moeny has been paid to them based on their reputation. Beware and be careful as you cant trust company’s like tata anymore.
