Tata cliq is the worst shopping app in the list
I had very bad experience with the app in the past and like to share with you
Though shipping cost of the product is free but the product is not upto the mark and no return and refund is possible
They just keep delaying until you get tired and stop
Also don’t buy mobile phone aa it has no return policy for them or return policy only for name sake
I bought Intex cloud glory 4G at discounted price the product was shipped but it took long time to get delivered
Also the product sold was having wifi diaconnectig problems
And it’s look like a refurbished product
So I contacted tata cliq
And they said OK we will look into it and contact you soon
After 3 days again I called and the same
The next day I was contacted with their supervisor and so I tell her that please take the product back it has touch issues and wifi disconnecting problems
So they agreed but after that I never got contacted and again when I messaged them on the fb page they replied that the product was qc( quality checked) so we can’t return it
Also again when I bought the ambrame p1111 powerbank at discounted price
The producy was excellently packed no seal broken
But the power bank was not upto the mark
Also the micro USB port was tilt and the USB cable won’t insert in it properly
So I contacted the brand
And guess what ?
The same old story
They said that please visit ambrane device center and I am living in patna and for service I have to go to delhi and the powerbank was just rs 599
So is it make sense
So I put the device with me.
Hope these brand may get a lesson
And especially tata cliq it sell presued gadget and refurbished product at low price and naming it new one.
