I have ordered a Bluetooth speaker, the speaker was original sounds good but, it had battery issue so I have decided to get replacement from tatacliq, I call them, they said we dont have replacement policy u have return it initiate return from app and we will pick up, I did so, I waited for two days, none came to me to pickup the product then I call tatacliq, then they explained the whole damm harassing process, they told me to got to service center get a job card from mentioning the issue, I said there is no service center nearby and its service center is in delhi which almost 400km away, then there representative said no this is our policy you have to go there, then I asked here u want to spend 4000 rs diesel for a 2000 rs product, then she said ok give me some time we will call u back, then I haven’t received any call, then next day I call back, and I have to explain this battery issue again then they said we will call u back, then tata cliq customer support call me back and told me to send its images I sent the images immediately, after that no response, I call them back, they said we haven’t received images yet, I told them to check properly, then said yes we received it, give us some time to review, they took two days to review, then after repeatedly calling them I received a call from them saying, we will pick up your product on one condition we will check your product if worked we will send it back to u, means I was mentioning battery backup issue according to them it switched on, they will send it back to me . and not gonna refund my money in any case, now I refused to send the product to them, and will never ever advice you guys to shop from tatacliq never
