Tatacliq is an online store by TATA group and I thought that it would be genuine for any reason.But, I had recently ordered Brite shaver for men which is of cost 300₹ and I received it in three days after orderind.One important thing is I HAD ORDERED IT BEFOR CHECKING WHETHER THEY ACCEPT RETURNS OR NOT and I had found that they accept returns.I had also requested for return as I didn’t like the product much.After two days of request I had received a mail from the tatacliq customer service that they rejected my return request due to not good reason and it is pathetic.
