My son ordered a Samsung TV 55 inches through TataCliq. However, the TV delivered did not have the features/specifications as mentioned on TataCliq website, hence the request to return the TV was filed. However, despite several calls and emails, there has been no action taken by the company to pickup the product. The money has been blocked and almost a month has lapsed now since my son has been trying to return the TV. Everytime a return pick up is scheduled and soon after it is cancelled without assigning any reason. This has happened number of times in the previous one month. Fed up with the attitude of TataCliq, my son has even filed a complaint in the National Consumer Forum. A grave mistake committed by ordering product like TV on TataCliq. Please be careful while making online purchases from TataCliq as they do not honour their own terms and conditions and the return policy. I am giving 1 star because I can’t rate below that.
