Guys a month ago I ordered a flip flop for my mother from this site due to a high discounted price lets say 40 percent with cash on delivery.
Moreover all the colours and sizes were available. So I ordered one for 1600 rupees.
Though the delivery reached me on time but I asksed the delivery boy to stay on gate and let me chech the product.
So when opened in’s packing the product’s strap was broken. When I asked him about it he refused to take it back and thus I called the customer care.
They didn’t listen to me and told me to keep the product with me but I refused and gave the product back to the delivery boy.
So please if you order something from this site kindly check whether it is in a proper condition or not. If not kindly return it back or else they might refuse to replace it later.
