I have many points to tell about Tata Indicom Walky Pune.
The service provided is very worst.Their customer care executives shows promptness only in attending customer calls and giving false promises.
I would like to narrate a incident which forced me to discontinue this service.
Their billing is not proper.It is carried out through some agents.My first bill was delivered on time but from second bill onwards I started recieving bills very late even after the due date.The customer care executive would tell me the exact amount I have to pay while the agents would call me up demanding some exorbitant amount.
Last month I contacted their customer care on 121 AND FOUND THAT MY BILL WAS 190 RUPEES WHEREAS THE AGENTS USED TO TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY 400 RUPEES BEFORE THE SPECIFIED DATE.THIS IS RIDICULUS.
MY DEVICE WAS BLOCKED.I CONTACTED 121 AGAIN AND TOLD THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE BILL.THE GUY TOLD ME THAT ’’ IT WAS NOT DUE TO BILLING.WE HAVE RECIEVED THE PAYMENT FROM YOU SO NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT THAT.THERE IS SOME OTHER TECHINCAL ISSUE THEY ARE FACING AND IT WILL BE RESOLVED IN 12 HOURS ’’
BUT IT WAS NOT SOLVED FROM 5 DAYS.THESE PEOPLE GIVES FALSE PROMISES AND ACT VERY RUDELY WHEN CONTACTED.I DIDNT EXPECT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE.
There is one more problem in the billing.GIVE A MISSED CALL TO SOMEONE FROM YOUR WALKY, THAT DURATION WILL ALSO BE COUNTED IN BILLING.CHECK IF I AM WRONG BUT IF YOU ARE A WALKY USER SAD TO SAY THAT WHAT I SAID ABOVE IS RIGHT.
Their signal is not so good.Sometimes There is no signal.
LAST TO SAY.I HAVE RATED THIS PRODUCT HERE IN MOUTHSHUT AS WORST ONLY BECAUSE THERE IS NO LOWER RATING THAN THIS OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE RATED IT AS ’’MORE WORST THAN WORST’’
