I worked for Tata Consultancy Services Ltd for more than five years as a System Engineer.
The salary is very low . I only received Rs.23000 per month and the salary was never increased.The Benefits they provide are only reserved for the officials holding high ranks.
Job security is not there . They can fire you any time according to their wish.
Career is growth is very limited.In my five years of work I was not given a single promotion .
Work environment is good but work pressure is very much.They make their employees work 9 hours a day and sometimes the duty time even increases by two hours.
I will rate the CEO 2/5 .
