Currently i’m working with Tata consultancy services past 8 month. I won’t recommend who really like technology and multi talent skills. I had faced lot of problem and still facing like transport services, Knowledge transfer session for new projects, Basic facilities for employees, work culture, Career growth and Huge process for getting a notepad or business card.
Also very careful while earning salary every month(lot of deduction) and better to verify the offer letter. Particularly in TCS take home earning is very very lower comparing with other service companies.
No more allowance for during the morning and afternoon shift.
Pathetic working hours(Basically 9hrs), but my case I must spend for 10+ hrs(no allowance).
Transport services is another pathetic services.
Even contract employees(Out sourced task) acting as owner of TCS.
Very Very slow process for internal employee services needs.
