I strongly recommend to all my frnds pls dont go for TCS comp.Its worst comp in all the policies, they dont recognize the employees hard work. they will recognize those who suck the under arm of managers.
In my case I worked like dog and donkey . I got so many appreciations from the client. But at the time of appraisal they given last rating to me. When I ask the same. they said that so many escalations from me..UNBELIEAVABLE ans from mangr.
None of the comp in the world decrease the salary but TCS will decrease the salary thos who got last rating.
I worked for so many comps before joining TCS. If the rating is low none of the comp wont decrease salary but TCS DO...
Please don’t go for TCS...
