This is one of top MNC company.Having good share value.This is good for freshers.Work environment is good.If we are working in our interested side it is well and good.For btech freshers they are giving salary around 3 to 3.5 lakhs.There are certain tests in training session.Training is some what hard.we had to work as per timing.otherwise it is hard to complete the work.The carrier growth is good.We have chances to go for higher studies.
As an TCS employee we can develop good communication skills.There are maximum chances to go to abroad for our higher education which gives carrier growth.But work stress is there.we have to try some what hard in training session.Timings are also good.There may be a night shifts.Team work is must, so if team members and team leader is good then our work environment is peaceful.But call letters for freshers will be late.It will take minimum of six months to one year.
