TCS is one of the best workplace to work in BPS/IT industry.
I joined TCS in 2012 and still working. I do not realise how the years passed. It provides you the best HR policy, Best management, work culture, work life balance, standard salary, human touch, growth opportunity. I have referred most of my friends and relative to join TCS BPS.
Best thing over here 0% chances of loosing your job, or even they do not use the word termination. My personal experience of RMG, means if you dont have process employee sent to RMG, they searches different process within TCS. Leave policy is great, holiday home at free of cost, discount on all Tata product etc. I dont have much word to say.
