They called me from Interview.I traveled 2 hrs.And they asked me to leave without interview because my present salary is good and so expected CTC was unaffordable for them.They can’t offer more then 12 LPA to 7years experienced guy on JAVA with good exposure to many latest frameworks and in depth knowledge.
They are not even interested to look at your resume, they just want cheap labor.It’s one major reason for high attrition rate because they don’t give increment to employees for years. Inflation is increasing in India at great speed but their salary band is still years old.HR send Bring you Buddy mails to fool management but they don’t even look at resume uploaded on their portal.
