They are made in a constructive way to show TCS MANAGEMENT that the employees are the true assets of the company, not the Billions of dollars in revenue that we generate for your pockets. Please treat the workers with dignity as Human Beings and not machines/slaves.

TATA try to sell themselves as a Caring /Ethical company due to the "good work" that they claim to do in the community.the way that the management behave is far from the public image! . They claim that hey give away 66% of their profits.( I wonder who gets this?certainly not the poor/destitute in India or anywhere else in the world!)
This company is probably the worst company that we have ever worked for.
From what I/we see in the UK, off shore try to run things in the UK. The Indian style of management is very, much that of a Master/Slave.even is the manager is completely wrong, he is MR RIGHT
Anyone Indian or Indian origin is expected to work like a slave and not rewarded in the same way as his/her European(White) counterpart.
Western Clients are appalled at the way that Indian Managers behave when they go on site.(Indian)Management is often VERY Rude and inflexible to the Indian employees. From what we have seen/heard, many Clients will not deal with the(Indian) Management due to their Bully boy/backward management style. Many in the office are looking to get out.
Employees are "encouraged" to take on/agree to do jobs that they are not interested in. If you complain to HR, you are reallocated as your boss will no longer want you and you job will disappear on an incomprehensible system!
If you are on a project, it is difficult to take time off, & then you will loose this time. HR will tell you that you should have taken the leave.
In the UK our annual review is done by a faceless person off shore on a very user UNFRIENDLY system. We do not know who this person is and we didnt have ANY interaction with this person. The annual review system is at best described as being strange. ie if everyone in your team gets an average mark, then this mark is subject to a random review and you could be marked down to meet "targets"
In recent weeks, there have been many redundancies in the London Office even though profit margins are at an all time high!
This is due to the fact that the Off shore management team have decided that they want to make a 60-70% margin on consultants.the only way that this is realistic is if the work is moved off shore. This is not really possible with a consultancy role, UK businesses want to deal with UK staff.
*In Short, The World has a very positive view of India. TCS Management is trying very hard to destroy this image*
The industry that I am working in are reluctant to buy from TCS due to the management.
Politics is probably the worst I have ever seen. Management appears to be Corrupt, In the recent annual bonus, my Boss took 50% and share the rest out among the team.even though we are the ones who did the work!
Please warn your family and friends that this is not a good ethical company to work for despite the sales pitch!. Dont be fooled by the TATA name. Unfortunately it is not as good as you may think. But please dont let me put you off, lets just say that you have been warned!
