I buyed the sim of the tata docomo as in modinagar up its signals are good, after a month they charged me 40 rs from my balance as caller tune charge which I didn’t requested, although it I was not angry at this so much but when I tried to contact customer care, out of 10 times I dial it gets connected and rest of times it got engaged, and at that one time I waited for about 15 mins to connect to cuatomer care executive but no connection, at once it connected but call drop occurred.
So I leaved this but this charging of u requested caller tune ovvured three times which is a loss for me and I got frustrated with their service so I throwed that sim and buyed of different operator, who has good service.
