I am using tata docomo broadband from last 15months. I have shifted to another place now.
I have raised request for shifting the and broadband connection and there was no response for quite long time from tata docomo regarding this. After a months the request was completed due to continious followups and escalations to the higher authority.
But, I was forced to pay for charges during the period the connection was not exist. I have requested for waiver through applet center but it still not done and I am fighting with them. When I try to escalate beyond applet, they say that they are highest level. Every time they give commitment that the problem will be solved in 24hours. But it never happens.
DONT GO FOR tata Docomo IF YOU ARE PLANNING FOR BROADNAND try something else.
As I am suffering heavily.
