I am using Tata Docomo postpaid connection for the last 4 years. They only fool their customers and rob them of their money.
As you all know that in postpaid there is a credit limit. When we reach close to it, we get notified by a message, call or an email. If we cross that limit, our services are suspended so that the bill amount doesnt go above that limit. My credit limit is Rs 1000 and I never got notified that I am near to my credit limit. But at the end of one of my billing cycles, I got a bill of Rs 1500 from Tata Docomo. I checked my credit limit and I was shocked. I saw that it was set at Rs 2000. Tata Docomo had increased my credit limit from Rs 1000 to Rs 2000 without taking my permission or informing me. I email them about what had happened with me. Then assured me that in future they would never increase my credit limit. But after 6 months I again got a bill of Rs 1800 from Tata Docomo. They only want to earn money without thinking if the user would be able to pay it.
You wont be able to take most calls because most of the times the signal wont reach you. After one or two hours you would get a message that I have_(the number of missed call) missed calls at_(the time). To know the details at Rs 3 call_(a number). The Internet speeds are also very low. The download speeds are less than 1 mbps and download speeds are below 0.3 mbps. While surfing the web you wont be able to see the pictures. It is terrible to use Facebook. You can only see the text and no pictures.
I suggest you not to use Tata Docomo. I have left Tata Docomo and I am now using Vodafone for the last 4 months.
