Harrassment due to mismanagement

I am shocked rather than surprised that TATA DOCOMO broadband is harassing the clients. I had request in writing and in verbal communication with customer care that services have to be stopped from Sept 17. Inspite of confirmation by the customer care executive.I am continously being harrassed for bill payment.


Services were to be discontinued since then and the balance bill was paid by me. Till date I am getting reminder calls and messages from tata docomo but no reply to my email sent in Sept 17 requesting them to stop the services.


Since that date, no data has been used but TATA DOCOMO decides to continue billing me for services which I do not require.


The speed that TATA DOCOMO BRoadband claims is never achieved, that is the main reason to discontinue the services. Most of the time, the speed that I got was less than half of what I was paying for, and the other half of the time the network was down due to operational reasons!


Now the constant harassment of reminder sms and phone calls! The customer care person is outright rude as if we customers are their slaves!


With better options available from other service providers, keep away from DOCOMO even if they offer you free service.


Disgusting experience, which is never expected from TATA atleast.
