This is Saphalya Kumar Mallick from bangalore(m.saphalya@gmail.com).i recently bought a tata docomo postpaid sim from the docomo outlet located at yeduur, banashankari.the sales guy, named "SHIVA" charged 300 for the sim and another 300 for that number(saying its a diamond number). I bought the sim and planned a 200 rs billing scheme for m number.
I provided all my documents asked by him. Residental proof, voter identity card, pancard etc..but still it take 9-10 days to activate my number(after visiting the outlet 6-7 time). I was happy that finally my sim got activated, but it does not last for long days, after 5 days its service got aborted.when I asked them the reason they told me that the documents has not verified, where as I did not get any type of verification call from them.
When I contacted the outlet(from where I bought the sim), the sales guy tried to just roll the matter, they just make fake promises.after going there 7-8 times and calling customtakeouter care several times, they did not fix my problem.i finally pissed off and ask for my moneyback.
The sales guy said me that the money I gave was for that "sim".. not for the service.he asked 1000 rs as security for re-active the sim. When I tried to call the head office at Koromongla..they dont even pickup the phone. This how this cheater organization works.BEWARE of these "money sckers"!!!
