Tata is a big company but, their mobile network service is too bad . That means I tell Tata Docomo service is too bad .
First of all their network facility very poor . Many time I face network problem . It make sure that at village or rural area they have no network, but evenly at Kolkata I also face network problem . This is too bad . Few days ago when I talk with my friend I don’t hear clearly .
Secondly, their internet speed is too slow . I am unable to open many pages as it loaded from many times . By using docomo internet when I try to open way2sms, it is not opened .
Their package also not good . As they have no good call rate cutter, internet pack, sms pack . Cost of internet pack is too high also provide slow internet . Call charges also high .
One time I have done a recharge of worth 40/- . Then it show recharge successfully done . Then I checked my balance, but no balance credited . Then I call to their customer care, they said recharge successfully done . Again I checked my balance by dialing USSD code . But, same result, no balance credited . For the same I launched many complaints, then customer service solved my& balance shown in my account . So, that was much troubled me .
Their customer services team not is not very helpful . Sometimes they ignored to help about something . Sometimes balance deducted from my account wrongly with out any reason .
So, Tata Docomo is not a good mobile network . I don’t recommend this mobile network .
