Ive been using a postpaid plan for 2 years.
I had set my billing limit to rs600 as per my use.
I received no warning and I received a bill or Rs1153.
I thought I might have used way to more of the services.
My girlfriend took the Sim of the same Tata docomo network as it had good plans for docomo to docomo.
But then the network started going worst. Call drops, internet speed gradually decreased.
She also received a heavy amount of bill.
We both got fed up and wanted to change it to pre paid. But the near by Tata docomo customer service was 30 kms far. Which was a headache. Because after Changing it to prepaid they almost took 2 weeks to activate the Sim network.
