I decided not to go back to TATA DOCOMO Service

The reason you mentioned is completely wrong, disconnected permanently


due to non usage and recharge.


Can you prove that there is non usage of number and recharge.


Can you tell me balance on my number when it is disconnected.

that to with out phone number... with lot of pain I searched for it to


know... We don’t accept the documents.

to my surprise they also say.... we don’t accept documents...

I managed to search after  an hour following address, but dont have


luck, he said they dont’ collect the documents.

Its almost 5 days my service is disconnected, making efforts to get


back with the same number, but not working out.


don’t know what, I can do, can you suggest. when it got disconnect I


had a feeling that sky is going to fall on me if I don’t have this


number.. Now I don’t have ... Thank you for this... If you can’t solve


my problem let me know ....asap.. It is just change of number and


service provider. :)


Only constraint will be .. on disconnect I have a balance... please


plan how to refund it.
