Poor service, pathetic customer care, and billing problems this is what my impression of Tata Photon plus is. Coupled with the most pathetic customer service I have ever encountered even Jamshed Tatas soul must also be writhing in pain for having his name associated with such a service.
Even Indian governments departments are more efficient and responsive than the imbeciles who man the Photon Plus customer care. I doubt if the morons have an IQ more than 20. They dont know what their service plans are, what their websites promise and even dont understand what the customer is asking for what his complaint basically is. Its just like one is talking in English to a person who understands only Mandarin (if they even know that) but refuses to acknowledge that.
These morons have a helpline no 1800-266-1** which cannot be accessed from Himachal as all networks say that it does not exist and when told about this even through mail, these morons say sir contact the above no. but the question is How and the reply is they will tell you .Wtf??
High time Tata goes back to manufacturing trucks and trucks only, where these morons can be gainfully employed and if the world is lucky some of them can be runover.
