Tata docomo is the worst operator that I ever used . I’m glad I’m no more using it . This operator is fraud . All they will do is make you pay by providing nothing . I will share my personal experience . I was having tata docomo sim two years back . It was postpaid . 499 rs pack was active on my phone . I was getting 2 gb 3G data . And then unlimited 2G data after that which never worked . I was hardly calling anyone in that period . I never got bills amounting less than 2000 rs . I don’t know why they were charging me so much . tata docomo is having the terrible network. I never got network while traveling .
I just have no words for their customer service . It is just beyond reach . This people have so much attitude that they can threaten you if you don’t pay the bill . First they will generate bill amounting anything and then they will call you 5 times a day to tell you to pay your bill . They will never be there when we really need them .
It took me a month to get rid off tata docomo. Since I wanted to port into Vodafone . I’m glad that I’m no more their customer . I wasted so much money I can’t waste anymore .
