Tata docomo one of the worst network I have ever used. when other companies are providing 4g and planning for 5g tata docomo still sticks to 2g network. With a very poor speed. neither the customer care is helpful. if you ask for any help in customer care they put the call on hold for several minutes that eventually the person will cut the phone on his own. Because you can’t listen to that robotic sound for long. I am really very very fedup of the network though it is not very expensive but still neither it provides good service
