I changed my network provider from Airtel to Tata Docomo because of network issues . But,
That was the biggest mistake of my life.
Tata do not have a good network coverage .
I have been trapped in many places where there is no network I cannot receive or make calls
There have been many a times when tata DoCoMo people just deduct charges from my account and when asked says that there’s an active service on my number.( which I never asked to activate)
The customer service people are just un educated some timesthey don’t even know what they are speaking about
If you call them up with a complaint they just disconnect your call
Internet service for 2g is so slow that you cannot bare with it.
They speed is so irritating and they provide 1gb 3g data and a 100rs talktime in 299 bugs that 1 gb 3g data is exausted in 2 days vthout even enjoying the soeed. The speed is 10-15kb per second for 3g.
The tata DoCoMo people people also blame a brand new I phone 7 when asked them why the internet speed is low they say its because you r phone is new( that is insane) . This network providers are making life of us indians more difficult.
The customer service is worst network is again the same dnt have words to say and the charges they just want a bag full of money from their customers
