This was my firat sim. While we are surfing something and there is balance in our sim then the charges are deducted while I have recharged my account with data packes. And as we call to costmer care they told me as you had surfed chargable websites. And they never tell you about those websites. This is monopoly of company to earn more money from costmer. And in any cost they will noy refund your balance.
And other problems are also there,
