I am using Tata Docomo for last seven months and I am not happy for using this mobile operator because I’m facing problems about this operator .One big problem is network coverage problem.there are not good network coverage in my location and some time it’s showing call dropped when I make calls.It’s a irritating problem.Other one problem is offer price is too high.I’m also using Airtel and Airtel is better than this mobile operator.Otherwise customer service not so good.They can’t solve my problem.Some time this operator dedicated my account balance with out any reason and when I call customer care they said system is still update call after sometime.So I want to port my operator and shift in Airtel.
