I recharged my mobile online with Rs.129 on 11th August 2013. First time my recharge was unsuccessful and money got deducted from my account. When I tried to do second time, it was successful and again money got deducted. But till now I haven’t got my money refunded for the unsuccessful recharge.
After talking to the customer care, they are telling that money will not be refunded for the unsuccessful recharge. I haven’t seen such a low and mean network provider which is not ready to refund the money.
Never go for TATA DOCOMO. It’s a big cheater and they are fooling the customers. And never do online recharging through Docomo because they are not going to refund your money in case of unsuccessful recharge.
Worst service among the all network service provider.
