I have changed my docomo micro sim card to nano sim card and paid the requisite charges, filled in the application form, submitted all requisite documents at tatadocomo brand stores in kondapur, hyderabad whose contact number is 040 33065374.
It has been 3 days since, my sim card is not activated yet and when I contacted the above mentioned brand store, they are replying arrogantly and absurdly and are not able to tell me the status of my request and the reason why it is not processed yet.
