I have been using docomo since three years. Docomo provides best offers but we cant make full use of it. The main reason behind this is very low network coverage. I was using docomo as a primary sim but due to its bad network I started using it as a secondary sim for my phone.
The network is available at specified areas only. At most places the range is less than half. And most of the times the range disappears and hence I need to turns off and on airplane mode of my phone. The company calls annoys me a lot. The plan is also not explain in detail.
The costumer service isn’t better. Considering the above conditions don’t use docomo.
