The Worst Customer Care I've Ever Seen

Its the worst customer experience I ever had. its not the first time. I’ve subscribed 3g service for 90 rupees. yesterday I did a recharge of 50rs for talk time. all of a sudden my entire balance had been deducted. but I am sure that I had 26MB free usage of internet 3g. when I called to the customer care, they said they dont have any data recorded for this and asked me to call after 6 hours. when I called them in the morning, they saying its for surfing and browsing charge. when I activate an internet pack that includes both download and surfing.


and worst part is, customer care people are not helpful. they say cant refund the money. and said they will transfer the call to the senior and disconnect the call. if u call to this customer care and if they not able to resolve their issue, they disconnect the call. and again if u try, they block ur number number and u can not get connected. its for 24 hours.
