I have been using Tata Docomo for many years and I have never faced any issues regarding the network and other services in my area.Though it has network issues in some other areas.The internet or data plan are ok in comparison to other service providers.The customer support is also good and they have customer service centers located at some places as well.Though I don’t think they have many customer service centers.The internet speed is good and they provide what they say.They still need to work on there network coverage but where there network is available Tata Docomo services are good.
