I have been using Tata Docomo pre paid for last couple of years, barring some networking issues, it was quite OK.Then, repeated calls from Tata Docomo Customer Care with a great post paid offer where I could keep the same number of my pre paid connection, prompted me to shift from pre- paid to post paid connection. I used this number mainly for calling STD, so it seemed to be a lucrative deal for me.But, once I took the post paid connection, with in some days, I started getting troubles. Most of them there is no tower of Docomo when I am at home. I need to call to north eastern Indian city, but often I do not get lines on the land phones, often they also could not connect me after several attempts. So, gradually I am losing interest in Tata Docomo Post Paid connection. Even when lines are connected, there is no clarity in sound, lines cuts automatically, so we can not continue talking even for 10 minutes at a stretch.I have to use my pre paid number is most cases.I have tried calling their customer care department and complaint about the issues, but still no action taken from their end.So, I am now seriously considering to surrender this post paid connection as it is really a waste of money, as I need pay minimum Rs.250 monthly, even though I hardly make any calls using this number.
