May be good if it is activated.

I took a tata docomo connection on July 30th along with my friend. We thought we can make std calls @1Ps/Sec. We spent 100Rs for one connection. Rs49 for SIM card and Rs51 for first recharge. The dealer informed us that only after activation he can recharge with Rs 51 and


he already contacted the distributor and it will be activated within an hour. Hearing this left the shop on that day along with the SIM card.


For my friend the connection got activated after 30 minutes. But for me it is not activated even after 15 days. For all these day I am visiting teh dealer to get it activated.


He tried to conatct the dealer and he is gettinfg a message’ This number is already activated’ whenever the distributor is trying to send the activation message.


I called the customer care. They are telling my connection is’suspended’. They also told me to recharge for 51 for a suspended connection!


I went to the dealer and told him to recharge for the 51Rs. He recharged the same with Rs 51 and it was showing success in his mobile. I never got any message on my mobile regarding the recharge. He also informed me’my responsibility is over. Now you contact directly to the distributor’


Again I called the distributor he is telling he will be sending the confirmation message again.


I tried to contact the nodal officer and appellate. But both these numbers(9036000121, 9036000122) are switched off. I tried to send a mail to them.(nodal.kk@tatadocomo.com, appellate.kk@tatadocomo.com)I never got any response even after 24 hrs.


Today Aug 14 again I called the distributor. Heis telling he will try to send teh confirmation message again.


I called the nodal officer. Now this time they are picking up the call. They are telling they cannot do anything on this the number is showing as’suspended’ to them . They are telling the problem with the distributor!


Tommorow I am going to break the TATA SIM card into 1000 pieces.!


About the voice clarity: Worst connection I have ever seen. It is frequentluy getting disconnected in the evening and no indoor coverage at all. I tried this with my friend’s DOCOMO connection./


DO not go for TATA DOCOMO. Try something else.
