I call up customer care almost every day for the following problems, but never get a satisfactory answer. I am justbeing asked to wait till the next day – everyday.
Problem 1: I’ve logged a complaint about one of the customer executives who made false commitments and managedto get me a postpaid connection. There is no response on that since 10days.
Problem 2: The plan that I chose is not the one that is reflected in my account. Logged a complaint on that too, but no response.
Problem 3: The executives would lie to any extend to grab customers. In my case, I was told that the number is transferable to any state - and there would not be any change in the number. They even managed to get my connection activated without proper documentations (they said its all not required).
Problem 4: Executives give all wrong explanations to things that are happening to my account. Problem 5: Network. It’s bad, bad and really bad.

12th Aug 09 - Complaint reported. Resolution was to be provided by 17th Aug 09
17th Aug09 - No update. Asked 24 hours for resolution
18th Aug 09 - No updates. Cust care executive promised to revert back by 21st August.
21st Aug 09 - No updates. The executive asked to call after 9 PM - commitment given for providing solution
21st Aug 09 - 9:00 PM - No updates. The senior cust. executive committed to provide a response via email by Monday, 24th Aug 09
