Before porting from TATA DOCOMO, I’ve been using their service for about a year. Here is a detailed review based on my overall experience.
Network Range
I’ve faced network issues alot. The network reception is very poor when compared to other providers in the area anytime.
Customer Service
The customer service is pathetic. Firstly there is no way you can easily contact them. And if you are able to get in touch with them they are barely able to solve the problem.
Internet Speed
Internet Speed is their only plus point but that too when you are in range which is not always possible.
Price
The prices also are not very attractive and affordable when compared to other providers. They don’t even provide unlimited plans for users.
