I am a tata docomo Mumbai user, I don’t understand what happened to tata docomo these days. They were good earlier but now giving worst service.
Bad customer support and recently started with email support which is ok but does not resolve any problem when it comes to balance deduction without any reason.
They themselves active this stupid Bollywood, jokes, deals offers on your phone without your concern. Why would we want these service, please explain?
This is ridiculous and when you call them, they will always give you stupid reasons
for e.g: system is down, we are unable to check at this moment, blah blah blah.. :@
Please Stop Stealing Consumers Hard Earned Money
