Most of my family members uses tata docomo service since 2 years so I decided to buy tata docomo sim for me also from a local service provider. In the begining I was quite happy because the call charges with tata mobile operater was free for me.
After some weeks I need to activate mobile data for some reason and when I did I was unable to access it at all,
Secondly my mobile balance all gone.
If you are even go out of city you will miss the network.
For Customer care service I want to say that niether they care nor serve.
I was unsatisfied with that service but may be you dont.
