I stay in Pune. I am very frustrated with the tata docomo connection. Their Sales person always offers something attractive. like for 10 gb charges are like 750/- only, they even call regularly, doesn’t matter if you are replying in hindi/ english, they will speak only in marathi.:D and keep chasing you to get another tata docomo connection in a cheap rate. But beware of this. I don’t know, may be for some of you its good, but for me its a pathetic connection, I have ever seen. Most of the times, you won’t believe, a single whats app msg is not sent, how poor connectivity a connection can be!
I was so frustrated, that I had decided to cut off the connection, but the bustard customer care persons don’t even know how to talk to a customer. They had charged for the entire month even though I am not using the net. I had requested to discontinue the service with immediate effect, but they have some kind of fu* policy for which they have charged for the entire month.
I am very very disappointed and feeling regret that I have once used so called TATA DOCOMO.
