This is the text of my Registered letter dt.15th August 2010, which is not yet replied. However, I received
an SMS which says that I should unsubscribe unsolicited calls from them at the end of every quarter!
Regarding caller tunes charges, I am sure many of you are unaware of being charged like me.

While checking Messages in my Docomo Service (which I do once in 4-5 months to delete several unnecessary promotional messages received & never opened and ignored, occupying memory space) to my utter surprise, I noticed that an amount of `30/- per month has been made every month for several months for all the three mobile accounts towards Caller Tunes activation & renewals.
- I never ever asked for caller tunes activation and never used the service for downloading caller tunes. When I brought this to your notice as soon as I found out, you have disconnected this service to all three numbers but you have not so far refunded the amount illegally and unethically deducted from my accounts without my explicit request for activation of caller tunes. Moreover, I never used this service as I am totally unaware of your activation as I never asked for this service.

I demand from you credit of my accounts with the deducted amounts you made without my knowledge and give me an undertaking that you will never activate any service again without my explicit request.
STOP UNNECESSARY AND UNTIMELY CALLS (This already I asked for and you acknowledged).
Please give me in writing, details of the amounts you have already deducted from all the three Docomo numbers so far for activating any service and the dates you started deducting.
