Just in the month of January I had bought this tata docomo(Gujarat circle) connection for my gsm mobile.
everything was going fine until I had activated a 2G pack. Every hour I get 2-3 minimum service messages that tell me about my balance and other offers(images attached).
Also the net connection goes of on its own every now and then, it is so irritating when you are downloading something or chatting online and the connection goes off on a active data pack. I tried complaining with the customer care but it didn’t helped much actually nothing changed.
anybody else facing the same problems.???
i am planning to go for MNP and change the mobile service provider.
