Wanted to write to you reg my recent experience in Dokomo shop at Indira nagar, Bangalore. I want to take a new sim for my blackberry and the shopkeeper suggested to take Docomo or Vodafone as their service seems to very good. I already have a Vodafone connection and I’m quite happy with the same.
Docomo ads looks very interesting and so I thought I must try it out, but to my dismay, the staff who were in Docomo shop was so disinterested selling me a Sim. I wanted a international roaming activated sim but nobody in the branch knew the rates! and said that in entire Europe they have no mobile partners!!!
Looks like Tata ’s need to spend some quality time in training their staff or maybe good money in attracting quality resources. In short, Docomo does not live upto expectation- Vodafone any day is a better choice.
