Hello everyone, I am Abhishek Dhyani and today I am gonna share my personal experience with this network - Tata Docomo.
TATA is one of the biggest industry that we have and we all are proud to have such an industry in India. All its service and products are perfect and excellent but, while talking about telecom sector, Tata has nothing to brag about itself. Even, Ratan Tata once said that he didn’t get success in Telecom Industry. Tata Docomo is really a disappointment from the industry and customer points of view.
Let me share my personal experience with Tata Docomo. When I lived in Indore, I had one connection of Tata Docomo as it seemed quite affordable to me. As soon this network got activate, it started sending me unwanted spam calls and sms regarding new offer, real estate deals, stock market related stuffs and lot more. I was really frustrated from this so I called to their customer support and asked them to stop this nonsense right away. They told me that we have activated Do Not Disturb service to your number and now on you will not get such calls and sms/s. Their customer support executive also told me that this process may take up to 15 days.
You guys won’t believe, despite having DND activated, I was still getting spam calls and sms after 15 days. I was shocked that how can this possible. This can only be possible if those calls are powered by Tata Docomo.
That moment really disappointed me and as the result I ported out from Tata Docomo and now I am on a trustful network.
