Bad customer svc and think they are doing favor

Pros:

  1. Frankly speaking I did not see any pros except for getting a good package as part of the corporate offer.

Cons:

  1. Customer Service is very bad. They start shouting at you if they don’t hear us properly. For example, one of the Rep said she cant hear me and then I told her the number again and I hear her shouting again asking me to tell the number.

  2. If you are in call with them and the line gets cut and if you call them immediately again, it will be a long time they will answer your call as I guess they log the time they received the call from us and push our second call to lowest priority

  3. They do not have feedback like Airtel has. If they have a customer feedback after the call, then they would improve the way they deal with people.

  4. Network connectivity is very bad at home as call keeps dropping off every now and then.

  5. Major drawback is that they have only 1 or 2 customer service centers in Bangalore (imagine) and that is crowded all the times.
