This used to be a great service operator. Back those days people used to change to this service blindly because of their cost offerings and good network availability. But slowly things started to change they probably got overconfidence and didn’t really liked the competition.
They are now the least favoured operator present right now because of their poor and poor network availability. They are really pathetic and they have poor customer care service too.
They donot attend well with people and they donot actually respond well which is quite irritating. They could improve or if they behave the same then they will never be able to survive in the market.
